You Discover
Browse curated rental listings in 6 major cities. Each property has been vetted by our team.
You Apply
Submit a standard rental application and pay the processing fee. We review every application within 5–7 business days.
We Review
Brookshire carefully evaluates your application. You'll be notified by email regardless of the outcome.
We Lease
Upon approval, you complete all lease paperwork directly with Brookshire Living. We handle the details.
We Hand Off
Once the lease is finalized and move-in is next, we introduce you to the property management team — your new point of contact.
You Move In
Enjoy your new home with exclusive Brookshire incentives: discounts on 1st, 2nd & 3rd month's rent or deposits.
