Skip the Admin Fees. Pay Just $55 to Apply.
While most property management companies pile on $100+ administration fees on top of already unreasonable application fees, Brookshire Living does things differently. One simple, transparent fee — $55 per adult applicant, per property applied for. No $100 admin charges, no surprises.
Upon approval, your $55 application fee is applied as a credit toward your first month's rent — in addition to the 1st-month rental incentive already included in our graduated savings program. The application fee is non-refundable for non-approved applicants.
